The majority of the MRO (Maintenance & Repair Organization) business is located in Arlandastad  Sweden where we repair and maintain aircraft components in our  workshops with head office in Copenhagen.

The approximately 90 employees in the Scandinavian organization , repair and deliver aircraft components to customers worldwide and work in the areas of aero structure, hydraulics, pneumatics and logistics / warehousing and administration.

The company offers complete solutions to its customers on most common types of civil aviation aircraft such as Boeing 737, 747, 757, 767 and 787 as well as Airbus A300, A318-320, A330 and A340.

We are looking for Aircraft  Mechanics within different areas such as Composite, Sheet Metal, Painting, Mechanical

Main Tasks:

  • Perform Thrust Reverser Maintenance, Repair, Overhaul and modification. Typical Work Scope s includes Testing, Inspection, Disassembly, repair/rectification of damage, Assembly and rigging of Thrust Reversers.
  • Repair/rectification of damage to Airframe structural details for example  –Frames, skins, beams, longerons, intercostals, panels, brackets etc.
  • Manufacturing of replacement structural parts as required in accordance with drawing specification standards. 
  • Removal /installation of structural details involving the use of fixtures, templating, precision drilling, solid riveting, blind fasteners, bolts, Hi-Locks.
  • Removal/installation of related mechanical details including actuating systems, Hold open rods, seals, piece parts, standard parts etc.
  • Requisitioning of raw material and spare parts.
  • Balancing of Aircraft flight control surfaces

 

Background:

  • Skilled sheet metal worker/ Aircraft fitter/Structural mechanic or experience from similar type of work
  • Work experience as a sheet metal worker/Aircraft fitter/Structural Mechanic or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of regulatory authority requirements (EASA/FAA)- would be considered a merit.
  • Knowledge/experience of composites- would be considered a merit.
  • Basic computer skills

  • To have good interpersonal skills, humor and a sense of integrity
