Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist the Workshop Manager in managing daily operations, ensuring that activities are well-coordinated, and resources are efficiently utilized.
- Help with scheduling tasks and managing timelines to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Work with various teams to develop and refine maintenance and repair processes for aircraft components.
- Ensure all processes comply with aviation regulations and industry standards.
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Use strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks and allocate resources effectively.
- Maintain orderly workflows within the workshop to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure all work meets quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and address any deviations or non-conformities. Stay updated on relevant aviation regulations.
- Implement corrective and preventive actions to address concerns and prevent recurrence.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements
- Carefully review documentation, track inventory, and monitor project progress to identify potential issues.
- Spot discrepancies or potential problems early to address them proactively.
- Anticipate challenges and implement measures to mitigate risks.
