Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist the Workshop Manager in managing daily operations, ensuring that activities are well-coordinated, and resources are efficiently utilized.
  • Help with scheduling tasks and managing timelines to meet production targets and deadlines.
  • Work with various teams to develop and refine maintenance and repair processes for aircraft components.
  • Ensure all processes comply with aviation regulations and industry standards.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency.
  • Use strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks and allocate resources effectively.
  • Maintain orderly workflows within the workshop to ensure smooth operations.
  • Ensure all work meets quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and address any deviations or non-conformities. Stay updated on relevant aviation regulations.
  • Implement corrective and preventive actions to address concerns and prevent recurrence.
  • Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements
  • Carefully review documentation, track inventory, and monitor project progress to identify potential issues.
  • Spot discrepancies or potential problems early to address them proactively.
  • Anticipate challenges and implement measures to mitigate risks.

Experience
